A: Orders are usually shipped within 48-hours, depending on time of year and product availability.
Q: Can I ship to HI or AK online?
A: Unfortunately you cannot ship to any address in HI or AK at this time online, as shipping costs are higher than what is listed on our website. However, you can contact us directly at 214.585.0100 and we will be happy to assist with any order.
Q: What is the deadline for orders to be shipped the same day?
A: If we have the product in stock, orders must be received by noon CST Monday-Friday. Orders received after that time will be processed the next business day, except during December.

Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
A: Yes, but you must contact us directly to place an order for all shipments outside of the U.S. because shipping rates need to be calculated at the time of purchase.
